RESOLUTION NO® 69-61
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING MAKING OF AMENDED ASSESSMENT
RE CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS UNDER RESOLUTION OF IN-
TENTION NO® 67-23
COUNTRY CLUB DRIVE AND SNYDER LANE SEWER TRUNK LINES
ROHNERT PARK SANITARY SEWERAGE PROJECT NO. 1967-1
ASSESSMENT NOS, 2 AND 3
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Rohnert Park,
Sonoma County, California, that
WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram was made and filed with
the City Clerk of said City all pursuant to Resolution of In-
tention No® 67-23, adopted by the City Council of said City on
March 20, 1967, and the provisions of the Municipal improvement
Act of 1913, and said assessment was confirmed by said Council
on June 19, 1967 and recorded in the office of the.Superin-
tendent of Streets of said City; and
WHEREAS, certain lots or parcels of land upon which there
are unpaid assessments against which bonds have been issued under
the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, have been divided so that they
no longer conform to the original parcel boundaries as shown on
said assessment;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that:
1® Mr. Hudis, City Engineer, shall cause to be prepared
and filed with the City Clerk a report and amended assessment
and diagram of the lots or parcels so divided, said parcels being
designated Assessment Numbers 2 and 3®
2. That the unpaid installments of said original assess-
ments shall be segregated and apportioned in accordance with the
benefits to the several parts of the original lots or parcels and
the total amount of the assessments of the several portions of
the original lots or parcels shall be equal to the unpaid
assessments upon said original lots or parcels of land®
3. That Monday, the 4th day of August, 1969, at the ho ur
of 8:00 o'clock P.M. at the regular meeting place of said
Council, Council Chambers, City Hall, Rohnert Park, California,
be, and the same are hereby, fixed as the time and place for
hearing said amended assessments be-Lore said Council®
4® That the City Clerk of said City shall advertise the
time and place of such hearing before the City Council by
publishing a notice of said amended assessments twice in
The World, a newspaper of general circulation published and
circulated in Sonoma County, there being no newspaper published
in said City, the first publication being not less than fifteen
(15) days before said hearing®
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Rohnert Park, California, at a
meeting thereof held on the 7th day of July 1969,
by the following vote of the members thereof:

Hopkins, Roberts, Smith & Rogers
