S ENTATIVES ROADS SUBCOMMITTEE OF THE
COMMITTEE ON PUBLIC WORKS TO INCLUDE
U. S. HIGHWAY 101 WITHIN THE FEDERAL
INTERSTATE HIGHWAY SYSTEM.
WHEREAS, THE CITY OF ROHNERT PARK IS SERVED BY
U. S. HIGHWAY 101--THE REDWOOD HIGHWAY OF CALIFORNIA, AND
WHEREAS, THE U. S. HIGHWAY 101 IS IN FACT A MAIN
ARTERY OF TRAVEL OF ALL OF CALIFORNIA TO OREGON AND WASH-
INGTON CONNECTING SAN DIEGO TO SEATTLE, AND
WHEREAS, U. S. HIGHWAY 101 SHOULD BE INCLUDED
WITHIN THE FEDERAL INTERSTATE HIGHWAY SYSTEM.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF
DULY AND REGULARLY ADOPTED THIS 4Lh DAY OF JANUARY,
