A RESOLUTION DIRECTING MAKING OF AMENDED ASSESSMENT
RE CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS UNDER RESOLUTION OF INTENTION
NO. 1-20

Park, Sonoma County, California, that
WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram was made and filed
,v,,ith the Secretary of Rohnert Park District, (a Community Services
District), all pursuant to --'Resolution of Intention No. 120 adopted
by the Board of Directors of said District on March 21, 1961, and
the Municipal Improvement Act" of 1913, and said assessment was
confirmed by said Board on April 4, 1961, and recorded in the
office of the Engineer of Work and County Surveyor Of Sonoma
County;
WHEREAS, certain lots or parcels of land upon which there
are unpaid assessments against which bonds have been issued under

the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, have been divided so that they
no longer conform to the original parcel bouandaries as shown on
said assessment: and
VHEREAS, with the incorporation of the City of Rohnert
Pare, this council has succeeded to all the -.!Lights, titles, in-
terests and obligations o- said District.

NOW, THEREYORE, IT IS ORDERED, that
1. The Engineer of Work shall cause to be prepared and

filed with the City Clerk a. report and amended assessment and
diagram of the lot and parcel so divided, said parcel being de-
signated Assessment and o- Number 6.2, as shown on Exhibit
" A" attached hereto and by reference made a, -,oarb hereof.
2. The unpaid installments of said original assessment
shall be segregated and apportioned in accordance z,,Tith the benefits
to the several -oarts of the original lot or parcel and the total
amount, of the assessments against the several portions of t-he
original lots or parcels shall be eaual to the unpaid assessment
upon said original lot or parcel of land.
3. Upon the filing of said report and amended assess-
ment the City Clerk shall fix a time for a hearing upon the amended
assessment, �,,Thich hearing shall be held at the regular meeting
-glace of said Council at 8:00 o I cl-oc'K P.M. on
190-5 .

of such hearing before the Council by publishing a notice of said
amended assessment twice in the Press Deimocrat, a newspaper of
general circulation published in Sonoma County, the first pub-11-

cat-ion being not less than fifteen days before said hearing.

correct copy o%' a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Rohnert- -Park, Sonoma County, California,
