A RESOLUTION CONSOLIDATING AND MODIFYING
ASSESSMENT AND DIAGRAM NOS. 2 AND 3
ROHNEERT PARK EXPRESSWAY WEST
PROJECT NO. 1972-7
RESOLVED., by the City Council of the City of Rohnert Park,

WHEREAS, all of the owners of that certain property desig-
nated as Assessment and Diagram Nos. 2 and 3 in the Enginee•'s
Report filed in those certain proceedings conducted by said
Council pursuant to its Resolution of Intention No. 72-77, adopted
June 5, 1972, as amended, and more particularly therein described,
have filed with the City Clerk of said City their petition and
consent to the consolidation and modification of said assessments
as therein provided;
WHEREAS., the consolidation and modification of said assess-
ments will require action by this Council which will constitute
a modification of the Assessment Diagram previously filed in the
Office of the County Recorder of Sonoma County and in the Assess-
ment Roll confirmed in said proceedings and on file in the Office
!of the Superintendent of Streets of said City; and
WHEREAS., the modification in said Assessment Diagram may not

'the face of the Engineer's Report filed in said proceedings or by

County Records and being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the northeast corner of said lands; thence from said point
