1972/01/03 City Council Resolution (2)RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A PREVAILING WAGE SCALE 72- 03 The Rohnert Park City Council does hereby resolve an follows: 1. Labor Code sections 1773 and 1773.3 require the annual determination of the prevailing rate of per them wages and the filing of this determination of the prevailing wage scale with the State Director of Industrial Relations. 2. The city council has heretofore determined that it is in the public interest, health and safety to undertake various works projects within the City of Rohnert Park. 3. The city will from time to time prepare plans and specifications for this work. provide for the orderly prosecution of this work, it is necessary to establish such scale of wages. A -1 as follows: 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1770 of the Labor Code of the State of California, the City Council of the City of Rohnert Park, California, has determined the general prevailing rate of wages and employer payments for health and welfare, vacations, pensions, and similar purposes, in the County in which said work is to be performed for each craft and type of workman or mechanic needed to execute the contract. The prevailing rates so determined are as above set forth.
