A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS /CITY ENGINEER
TO SIGN RIGHT -OF -WAY CERTIFICATIONS FOR THE WILFRED AVENUE
INTERCHANGE RAMP IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City acquired land and right of way for construction of the
interchange improvements at Wilfred Avenue and U.S. 101; and
WHEREAS, as part of this process it is necessary to file with Caltrans a
Right -of -Way Certification, which provides official notification to the State
that all necessary rights of entry for fee titles have been acquired on property
subject to construction;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Rohnert Park
that the Director of Public Works /City Engineer is authorized to sign the Right -
of -Way Certifications for the interchange improvements at Wilfred Avenue and
U.S. 101.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
DULY AND REGULARLY ADOPTED this 9th day of January, 1990.
