A RESOLUTION APPROVING ANNUAL FACILITY AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF ROHNERT PARK AND HEWLETT PACKARD
FOR USE OF SITE FOR A DRIVING AREA
(TRAINING FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Rohnert Park that certain
agreement entitled "Annual Facility Agreement" dated February 13, 1990, between
Hewlett - Packard Company, a California corporation, and the City of Rohnert Park,
a municipal corporation, for the use by City Department of Public Safety of
Hewlett Packard site for driver training, be in the same is hereby approved and
the Mayor is authorized to execute same for and on behalf of the City.
DULY AND REGULARLY ADOPTED this 13th day of February, 1990.
