1990/08/14 City Council Resolution (7)RESOLUTION CALLING FOR SEALED PROPOSALS
ROBERTS LAKE PARK
PROJECT NO. 1990-3
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously authorized the preparation of
plans and specifications for the construction of various park improvements at
Roberts Lake Park.
NOW, THEREFORE, sealed proposals or bids for the installation of said
improvements are hereby solicited, and the City Manager is hereby directed to
publish once a week for two weeks in the Rohnert Park-Cotati Clarion a Notice
Inviting Sealed Proposals or Bids for the installation of said improvements,
referring to the plans and specifications on file in the City offices, the
first publication of which shall be at least 14 days 'Prior to the time fixed
for opening bids.
Said sealed proposals or bids shall be delivered to the City Manager of
said City on or before 2:00 p.m. on the 17th day of September, 1990, said time
being not less than 14 days from the time of first publication of said notice.
Bids will be publicly opened, examined, and declared on said day and hour, and
referred to Council at it's meeting at 7:00 p.m. on September 25, 1990.
DULY AND REGULARLY ADOPTED this 14th day of August, 1990.
