A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING RIGHT • WAY FOR THE
WILFRED AVENUE FREEWAY RAMPS
TO THE STATE • CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, the State of California is planning to reconstruct the
freeway ramps at Wilfred Avenue, and
WHEREAS, the reconstruction of those ramps requires additional right
of way, which has been aquired by the City in conjunction with the
Wilfred Avenue Assessment District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the the right of way for the
Wilfred Avenue Freeway Ramps, as described in the attached Exhibit "A",
is hereby granted to the State of California, and the Mayor is
authorized to execute the Grant Deed therefor.
DULY AND REGULARLY ADOPTED THIS 23rd day of October, 1990.
