1991/01/22 City Council Resolution (12)WHEREAS, certain property belonging to Loomis, shown as Assessor's Parcel No. 43-051-36, and known as 110 Enterprise Drive, includes an access easement over the lands of the City of Rohnert Park, and , site improvements for Enterprise Manor have blocked this access easement and prevented Loomis from using it, and WHEREAS, Loomis has offered to quitclaim his existing access easement in exchange for a new access easement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City does accept the quitclaim of access rights from Loomis, as described in the attached Exhibit "A", Quitclaim Deed. AND, BE IT IFURTHER RESOLVED, that the City does hereby grant an access easement to Loomis, as described in the attached Exhibit "B", Grant Deed, and the Mayor is authorized to execute that grant deed.
