1991/01/22 City Council Resolution (12)WHEREAS, certain property belonging to Loomis, shown as
Assessor's Parcel No. 43-051-36, and known as 110 Enterprise
Drive, includes an access easement over the lands of the City of
Rohnert Park, and
, site improvements for Enterprise Manor have blocked
this access easement and prevented Loomis from using it, and
WHEREAS, Loomis has offered to quitclaim his existing access
easement in exchange for a new access easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City does accept
the quitclaim of access rights from Loomis, as described in the
attached Exhibit "A", Quitclaim Deed.
AND, BE IT IFURTHER RESOLVED, that the City does hereby grant
an access easement to Loomis, as described in the attached Exhibit
"B", Grant Deed, and the Mayor is authorized to execute that grant
deed.
DULY AND REGULARLY ADOPTED THIS 22nd day of January, 1991.

ACCESS EASEMENT TO LOOMIS
An easement for ingress and egress purposes, 20 feet in
width, over Parcel 2 of Parcel Map No. 14, as shown on
a map recorded in Book 230 of Maps, page 19, and over
that parcel described in a deed to the City of Rohnert
Park recorded in Book 2998, page 908 of Official
Records, all in the Recorder's office, Sonoma County,
California, the centerline of said easement being
described as follows:
Beginning at the northwesterly corner of said Parcel 2;
thence, along the northerly line thereof, North
89'23'40" East, 37.83 feet, to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING; thence South 0'36'20" East, 160.72 feet;
thence South 89023'40" West, 66.64 feet; thence South
44"23'4011 West, 16 feet, more or less, to the
northeasterly right of way line for Hunter Drive, a
public street as shown on said Parcel Map No. 14.
The sidelines of said easement shall be prolonged or
foreshortened as necessary to terminate in said right
of way line.
