RESOLUTION OF THE ROHNERT PARK CITY COUNCIL
APPROVING THE ISSUANCE BY THE CO3DWNTI'Y DMLOPMENT AGENCY OF
THE CITY OF ROHNERT PARK 1981 TAX ALLOCATION REFUNDING BONDS, IN
THE AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF NOT•TO- EXCEED $13,500,400
WHEREAS, the Community Development Agency of the City of Rohnert Park (the
"Agency ") has determined to refund tax allocation bonds of the Agency issued in the
original aggregate principal amount of $12,000,000 on June 8, 1988 (the 111988 Bonds ");
and
WHEREAS, to that end, the Agency, on the date hereof, adopted its Resolution No.
_ entitled "Resolution of the Community Development Agency of the City of Rohnert
Park Authorizing the Sale of not -to- exceed 813,500,000 1991 Tax Allocation Refunding
Bonds, Authorizing Execution of Indenture of Trust and Authorizing Other Official
Actions "; and
WHEREAS, Section 33840 of the Health and Safety Code requires the Agency to
obtain the approval of the City Council of the City of Rohnert Park (the "City "), prior to
issuance of the bonds authorized pursuant to the foregoing described Resolution; and
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED by the City Council of the City of
Rohnert Park that the Community Development Agency is hereby given approval to
