1991/03/12 City Council Resolution (6)RESOLUTION NO. 91-53 WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt Resolution No. 89-111 approving the "Outline of Certain Conditions of Employment, Fring Benefits and Salary Adjustments; and WHEREAS, the City of Rohnert Park has been awarded a Community Tobacco Control Education Project grant of $150,000; and WHEREAS, the City of Rohnert Park intends to fill a temporary position to be funded with a portion of the project grant; POSITION RANGE PAY RANGE LIMIT Administrative Assistant I 799 $2,818 - $3,425 Coordinator, Tobacco Free Small Commercial Business Project (Temporary Position) B. The benefit package specific to the above listed pool shall consist of all those benefits listed in the "Outline of Certai Conditions of Employment, Fringe Benefits, and Salary Adjustment" wit the following exceptions: The provisions of Section 6.3.3 regarding paternity leave shall not apply. 2. The maximum dental service coverage program benefit provided according to Section 6.7 during employment shall not exceed $1,050. 3. The maximum vision care service coverage program benefit provided according to Section 6.8 during employment shall not exceed $670. 4. The provisions of Section 6.9 regarding adoption shall not apply. 5. The employee may take bereavement leave according to the provisions of Section 6.10 but shall not be paid. 6. The provisions of Section 6.11 regarding funeral benefit shall not apply. Page 2 C. The job description, pay rate and range, and benefit package as described above shall expire and cease to exist upon completion of the Community Tobacco Control Education Project.
