A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROHNERT PARK
ESTABLISHING AN 80 FOOT WIDE OFFICIAL PLAN LINE FOR THE REALIGN-
MENT OF BUSINESS PARK DRIVE

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Rohnert Park
did hold a public hearing on February 13, 1992 to adopt an offi-
cial plan line for the realignment of Business Park Drive, and
WHEREAS, after due consideration, the Planning Commission
found it was in the public interest that the City Council adopt
an official plan line for the realignment of Business Park Drive;
and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Rohnert Park did hold a
public hearing on February 25, 1992 to adopt an official plan line for the
relocation of Business Park
Drive based on the following findings:
1. That the right-of-way is necessary to insure that there
is sufficient land for the realignment of Business Park Drive.
2. That there are no buildings or structures that will be
affected or impacted by the establishment of said official plan
line.
3. That the realignment of Business Park Drive which makes
land available for the future State Farm Drive freeway crossing
in compliance with the Rohnert Park General Plan Circulation
Element.
4. That the realignment of Business Park Drive will have
very little impact on the future development of Assessor's Parcel
Number 045-082-17 and Assessor's Parcel Number 045-075-07.
WHEREAS, the Rohnert Park City Council has determined that
it is in the best interest of the general public to establish an
official plan line over Assessor's Parcels 045-082-32, 045-082-17
and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Rohnert Park City
Council that it does hereby establish an 80 foot wide office
building setback line be established on the west side of Redwood
Drive north of and contiguous to Business Park Drive extending
westerly for a distance of approximately 565 feet along Asses-
or's Parcel 045-082-32 and along the southerly property lines of
AP 045-082-17 and u45-075-07 to a point where it intersects with
Business Park Drive as shown in Exhibit "All as attached.
DULY AND REGULARLY ADOPTED this 25th day of February, 1992.
