Rental Policy Changes DATE: April 22, 1992
(1)
Presently, we charge users of the Condiotti Theatre a
per-
seat fee for use of this space, with a minimum of 50 seats.
In order to simplify this plan for the user and
the
Performing Arts Center, we would like to now charge a
flat
fee. This flat fee is not necessarily more expensive
the
for
user unless they decide to use very few seats.
(2)
All users of the Nellie W. Codding Theatre (main stage)
who
require theatrical lighting and/or audio must
hire
Performing Arts Center technician(s) at the rate
of
$15.00/hour to run each system.
