Quality Entertaim-nent to the Rohnert Park Community and Surrounding Region
Mayor Ahanotu read and presented the Proclamation to Theater Manager Abravaya-
Abravaya thanked the team who attended the meeting - Eddy Hansen, Technical
Director; Elizabeth Bazzano, Set Designer; Gail Shelton, Box Office Manager; Harry
Roberts, House Manager; Chelsea Smith, Marking And Fund Raising; David Yen
Director; and Denise Yen, Youth Workshop Director.
5. PUBLIC COMMENTS
Vera Blanquie, President of the Education Foundation of Cotati-Rohnert Park, requested
community involvement for the 29th Annual Sharing of the Green 2015 - Characters in
History, Saturday, March 28, 2015, 5:00 pm. More information can be found at

E. Authorize staff to send letters of appreciation from the Mayor to the Sonoma County
Board of Supervisors for their approval of$500,000 toward funding and the Petaluma
Health Clinic for their efforts to establish the Rohnert Park Health Center

LLP, presented the item. Recommended Action(s): Accept the Comprehensive Annual
Financial Report (CAFR) and Proposition 4 Article XIII-B (GA NN) Limit Agreed-Upon
Procedures Report.

A. Bicycle Advisory Committee- One, two-year term expiring 12/31/16
Recommended Action(s): Consider Councilmember Mackenzie's nomination and
appoint Katherine Musick to the Bicycle Advisory Committee.

9. COMMITTEE /LIAISON/ OTHER REPORTS
Health Action- Vice Mayor Belforte reported Sonoma County approved $500,000 in
funding toward the Rohnert Park Health Center and working on raising the additional
$600,000 so it can open in July.
10. COMMUNICATIONS
Mayor Ahanotu announced that Sonoma Clean Power is holding a Public infon-nation
Workshop at the Rohnert Park Community Center, February 25, 2015 from 6:00 pm to
7:30 pm.
Sonoma Clean Power- Assistant City Manager Schwartz reported noticing to Rohnert
Park residents will start in March with enrollment starting June or July 2015.
Councilmember Mackenzie, on behalf of Sonoma County Library Commissioner Barbara
Mackenzie, announced community forums to learn what the Sonoma County community
wants from its libraries. Visit sonomalibrary.org for more information.
11. MATTERS FROM/FOR COUNCIL
Councilmember Callinan requested an update on the Community Center sign and
expressed appreciation for the recent work on code compliance issues that has been done.
Vice Mayor Belforte requested Council reconsider the approved street names for the Vast
Oak Area of the University District Specific Plan.
A. Council Consideration of Proposed FY 2015-16 Budget Work Session Schedule
City Manager Jenkins presented the item. Recommended Action(s): Consideration of
holding Work Session#1 -Tuesday, April 28, 2015; Work Session#2 -Tuesday,
May 12, 2015; and Work Session#3 -Tuesday, May 26, 2015.
ACTION: Council Concurrence to hold Budget Work Sessions Monday, May 11,
2015, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and Tuesday, May 12, 2015, start at
9:00 am.
