A RESOLUTION OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROHNERT PARK
RESCINDING THE AWARD OF CONTRACT TO DALE'S PROPERTY
SERVICE FOR "THE VISION" TEEN CENTER REMODELING.
WHEREAS, on September 12, 2000 the City Council approved Resolution
No. 2000 -189 awarding the contract for the Teen Center remodel to Dale's
Property Service; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has advised that the project had not been
the subject of competitive bidding, as required by the California Public Contracts
Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Rohnert Park that the award of contract to Dale's Property Service for
"The Vision" teen center remodeling is hereby rescinded.
DULY AND REGULARLY ADOPTED this 10th day of October, 2000.
