A RESOLUTION OF THE ROHNERT PARK CITY COUNCIL
MAKING A DETERMINATION OF
PUBLIC CONVENIENCE FOR FOOD 4 LESS
LOCATED AT 605 ROHNERT PARK EXPRESSWAY
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rohnert Park finds that Food
4 Less is a full service grocery store that serves the daily grocery needs of Rohnert Park
residents.
WHEREAS, the closest full service grocery store is located on the
opposite side of the freeway over a mile away.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Rohnert Park, California, finds that the granting of a Type 21 alcoholic beverage
license to Food 4 Less at 605 Rohnert Park Expressway serves a public convenience.
DULY AND REGULARLY PASSED BY THE ROHNERT PARK CITY
COUNCIL THIS 24th DAY OF OCTOBER, 2000.
