A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROHNERT PARK
AUTHORIZING and APPROVING an AGREEMENT BETWEEN
The SENIORS' CRAFT SHOPPE (hereinafter referred to as "Tenant ")
and
THE CITY OF ROHNERT PARK
(a Municipal Corporation, hereinafter referred to as "City")
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rohnert Park that that
certain Agreement by and between the Seniors' Craft Shoppe and the City of Rohnert
Park, a Municipal Corporation, be and the same is hereby accepted and approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed
to execute same for and on behalf of the City of Rohnert Park.
