A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROHNERT PARK
APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. I TO SECOND COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT FOR
COUNTY WIDE MULTI- AGENCY PROCUREMENT OF COMPUTER ASSISTED
DISPATCH- RECORD MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS AND MOBILE DATA
COMMUNICATIONS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rohnert Park that that certain
Amendment No. 1 to the Second Cooperative Agreement by, between and among the County of
Sonoma, and the Cities of Petaluma, Rohnert Park, Santa Rosa, Cloverdale, Cotati, Healdsburg,
Sebastopol, Sonoma and Windsor (referred to therein as "County and Cities" or "Agencies" or
Sonoma County Law Enforcement Consortium [ "SCLEC "], be and the same is hereby accepted
and approved for County Wide Multi- Agency Procurement of Computer Assisted Dispatch -
Record Management Systems and Multi -Data Communications.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to execute same for and on behalf of the City of Rohnert Park.
DULY AND REGULARLY ADOPTED this 24th day of April, 2001.
