A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROHNERT PARK
AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING AN EXTENSION AND AMENDMENT TO THE
LETTER OF INTENT WITH COSTCO WHOLESALE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rohnert Park that it does hereby
authorize and approve an extension and amendment to the Letter of Intent dated April 12, 2001,
as authorized and ratified by the City Council at its meeting of April 24, 2001, by and between
Costco Wholesale, and the City of Rohnert Park, a municipal corporation, to begin negotiations
with Costco Wholesale to consider a long term lease or land sale of City property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to execute same for and on behalf of the City of Rohnert Park.
DULY AND REGULARLY ADOPTED this 8th day of May, 2001.
