2001/08/14 City Council Resolution (16)RESOLUTION NO. 2001- 178 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROHNERT PARK ACCEPTING QUITCLAIM DEED: GOLF COURSE WHEREAS, on August 14, 2001, the Rohnert Park Golf Course Corporation issued its quitclaim deed to Parcels One and Three of Tract A (South Course); and WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept the quitclaim deed issued by the Rohnert Park Golf Course Corporation in order to vest fee title to the South Course in the City of Rohnert Park. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rohnert Park does hereby resolve as follows: SECTION ONE. The City of Rohnert Park does accept that certain quitclaim deed issued by the Rohnert Park Golf Course Corporation for the property described in Exhibit A to this resolution and generally described as the South Course of the Rohnert Park Municipal Golf Course. SECTION TWO. The City of Rohnert Park accepts all of the right, title and interest of the Rohnert Park Golf Course Corporation to the South Course as described in the quitclaim deed attached to this resolution as Exhibit B and incorporated here by this reference. SECTION THREE. The City Manager is authorized to do all things necessary and proper to finalize the transfer of title to the South Course from the Rohnert Park Golf Course Corporation to the City of Rohnert Park in accordance with the terms of this resolution.
