A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROHNERT PARK
Authorizing and Approving
AGREEMENT with the COUNTY OF SONOMA
Relating to
CONNECTION OF COUNTY LEACHATE LINE TO CITY SEWER LINE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rohnert Park that that
certain Agreement, dated August 28, 2001, by and between the County of Sonoma and
the City of Rohnert Park, a Municipal Corporation, be and the same is hereby accepted
and approved for Sewer Transmission Services.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to execute same for and on behalf of the City of Rohnert Park.
DULY AND REGULARLY ADOPTED this 28u' day of f August, 2001.
