The Parks and Recreation Commission of the City of Rohnert Park welcomes your attendance, interest,
and participation in its meetings regularly scheduled the third Monday of each month (unless noticed
otherwise) at 6:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers. The Commission may discuss and/or take
action on any or all of the items listed on this agenda.
PUBLIC COMMENTS: For public comment on either listed or unlisted agenda items, please fill out
a speaker card and provide it to the Commission Secretary prior to the start of the meeting. Each
request for public comment will be recognized by the Commission Chair in conjunction with its
respective topic.
Please turn off all pagers, cellular telephones and all other communication devices upon entering
the council Chambers because of electrical interference with the sound recording and TV
projection systems.

1. Oath of Office for Commissioner Tracy – Manager Miller will administer the Oath of Office to
new Commissioner Linda Tracy.
2. Committee Assignments for 2012 – The Commission Chair is to appoint committee members and
liaisons to the various committees. A listing of the 2011 Committees is attached to this agenda for
reference.

3. Proposed Community Service Fee Increases for 2012 – Staff reviews fees for facility rentals and
programs annually. Increases for selected fees are being proposed including fees for the rental of
the Community Center, Plaza areas, swimming pool rentals, and a different method of determining
light fees for athletic fields.

4. Program Updates – Members of the Park Maintenance Crew will give a report on current issues
with park maintenance.
