The Parks and Recreation Commission of the City of Rohnert Park welcomes your attendance, interest,
and participation in its meetings regularly scheduled the third Monday of each month (unless noticed
otherwise) at 6:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers. The Commission may discuss and/or take
action on any or all of the items listed on this agenda.
PUBLIC COMMENTS: For public comment on either listed or unlisted agenda items, please fill out
a speaker card and provide it to the Commission Secretary prior to the start of the meeting. Each
request for public comment will be recognized by the Commission Chair in conjunction with its
respective topic.

1. Proposed Park Dedication and Improvements of the Northeast Specific Plan Area –
Commission is asked to review and approve the size, layout and configuration of five new park
areas within the proposed Northeast Specific Plan development.

2. Report Youth and Adult Field Rental Fees – The Commission is asked to review the 2008 Field
Use Fees and determine if any adjustment is necessary to recover utility and maintenance costs.

3. Proposed Fee Schedule for City Center Plaza and Community Center outdoor areas. The
commission is asked approve the proposed fees for three new outdoor facilities.

4. Alicia Park – Proposed Recreation Amenity (Community Garden). The Commission is asked
to review the proposed recreational amenities for the Alicia Park pool site. A recent grant award
provides available funding for a proposed community garden on this site.
