A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF ROHNERT PARI(, CALIFORNIA,
RECOMMENDING CITY COUNCIL RESCISSION OF
RESOLUTION NO. 2014.43
WHEREAS, on November 25, 2074, in connection with approvals for the 2014
Southeast Specific Plan ("SESP") Project ("Project"), the City Council of the City of Rohnert
Park approved a Final Development Plan for the SESP property located south of the Canon
Manor Specific Plan Area, west of Petaluma Hill Road, east of Bodway Parkway and north of
Valley House Drive (various APNs) via Resolution No. 2014-43; and
WHEREAS, the applicant, Penn Grove Mountain LLC, has subsequently filed Planning
Applications proposing revisions to the approvals for the development of the SESP property that
provide planning direction and regulation for SESP development rendering the Final
Development Plan unnecessary and duplicative; and
WHEREAS, the applications for the proposed amended SESP Project, as described in
Planning Commission Resolution Nos. 2019-07,2019-08, 2019-09, and20l9-I0 and 2019-11,
were recommended for approval on March 14, 2019, concurrently with the Planning
Commission's approval of this Resolution.
NOW' THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City
of Rohnert Park recommends to the City Council that Resolution No. 2014-43 related to the
SESP Project be set aside and rescinded.
DULY AND REGULARLY ADOPTED on this l4th day of March, 2019by the City of
Rohnert Park Planning Commission by the following vote:
