UTILITY BILLING INSERT POLICI
PARTICIPANTS: 1) City of Rohnert Park
2) Cotati-Rohnert Park Unified School District
3) Sonoma County Water Agency
4) Health & Safety Inserts
5) Chamber of Commerce (Holiday Lights)
INSERT SIZE: 1) 8'/2 x 11 Folded in three (double sided optional)
2) 1/3 Sheet (double sided optional)
3) 20 lb. Paper
4) Approximately 7,800 copies
PROCEDURE: 1) Contact Residential Utility Billing to request insert placement
at lease 60 days in advance
2) Utility Billing will determine if your request can be
accommodated in next residential bill or inform you of the
earliest date available.
3) Utility Billing will calculate the cost of the insert and notify the
Agency
4) Send check to City of Rohnert Park for postage and folding
cost (if any) prior to mailing date.
5) Deliver sufficient copies of insert to mailing company one
week in advance of mailing.
