The Rohnert Park Department of Public Safety Policy 706 "Military Equipment" is hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. Reporting and Puhitcalion of Policy. In accordance with Government Code section 7071, the Director of the Department of Public Safety shall cause the Policy 706 "Military Equipment" to be made publicly available on the Department's interne website for as long as military equipment is available for use. The Department of Public Safety is directed to make available the reports and conduct the required community engagement meeting required by Government Code section 7072 on an annual basis. SECTION 4. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in full force and effective 30 days after its adoption. SECTION 5.Publication of Ordinance.The City Clerk is directed to cause this ordinance to be published in the manner required by law. SECTION 6. Environmental Review. The City Council finds the approval of this ordinance is exempt under Section 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines because it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the adoption of this ordinance may have a significant effect on the environment.
