OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF ROHNERT PARK GOLF COURSE CORPORATION
The directors of the City of Rohnert Park Golf Course Corpora tion,
a corporation formed under the General Non-profit Corporation Law of the
State of California, and constituting the Board of Directors of said corporation,
held a meeting at 6750 Commerce Boulevard, Rohnert Park, California, on the
3rd day of December, 1976, at 12:00 noon.
There were present at said meeting the following directors constituting
a quorum of the board: Donald L. Davis, Robert M. Albright and James W.
Harris.
Thereafter the president presided at the meeting as chairman and the
secretary as secretary of the meeting.
The secretary presented a proposed Corporation Grant Deed of Easement
granting to Pacific Gas and Electric Company the necessary easements to accommodate
the underground and revised electrical distribution facilities installed
on the Rohnert Park Municipal Golf Course from the vicinity of the 18th tee
to and including the area around the golf course maintenance area.
After discussion thereof, and upon a motion duly made, seconded and
unanimously carried, the following resolution was adopted:
RESOLVED, that the president, vice-president, and secretary are authorized
and directed to execute that certain Easement, dated December 3, 1976, to Pacific
Gas and Electric Company, providing access to the electrical distribution
facilities in the vicinity of the 18th tee to and including the area around
the golf course maintenance area. The authorization of said easement is
in accordance with that certain Indenture of Mortgage and Deed of Trust,
dated February 1 , 1968, between the City of Rohnert Park, Park Golf Course
Corporatiouand CrockerCitizens National Bank, Trustee, Covenant 9(c)(v) therein.
There being no further business to come before the hoard, the meeting
was adjourned on motion duly made and carried.
