We, the undersigned, being all of the directors of the City of Rohnert Park
Golf Course Corporation, a corporation formed under the General Non-profit Corpora-
tion Law of the State of California, and desiring to hold a meeting of the Board
of Directors of said Corporation, DO HEREBY waive notice of said meeting ar.d
consent to the holding thereof at 6750 Commerce Boulevard, Rohnert Park, California
on the 30th day of March, 1977 at 12:00 noon, for the purpose of holding an annual
meeting, electing directors , electing officers , considering a billing from the City
of Rohnert Park and transacting such other business as may be brought before said
meeting; and do further agree that any business transacted at said meeting shall
11/ be as valid and legal and of the same force and effect as though said meeting were
held after notice duly given.
