WE, the undersigned, being all of the directors of the City of Rohnert Park
Golf Course Corporation , a corporation formed under the General Non-profit Corpora-
tion Law of the State of California, and desiring to hold a meeting of the Board of
Directors of said Corporation , DO HEREBY waive notice of said meeting and consent
to the holding thereof at 6750 Commerce Boulevard , Rohnert Park, California , on the
27th day of April , 1979 at 12:00 noon , for the purpose of holding an annual meeting,
electing directors, electing officers, considering a lease agreement entered into
by the City of Rohnert Park and transacting such other business as may be brought before
said meeting; and do further agree that any business transacted at said meeting shall
111 be as valid and legal and of the same force and effect as though said meeting were
held after notice duly given.
