Presentation by Director of Public Safety Mattos: Swearing In and Introduction of Lieutenant Keith Astley, Sergeant Bryce Fraser, Sergeant Casey Quinn, Sergeant Justin Wax, Officer Dominic Puterbaugh, and Officer Terrence Powell. Lieutenant Keith Astley and Officer Terrence Powell were not present. B. 4th of July Presentation: Illegal Fireworks Fines Annual Reminder and RP Jubilee: Honoring Yesterday, Celebrating Today! Deputy Chief Johnson spoke about the education done about the amended ordinance, the fireworks turn-in event, how to report illegal fireworks, and Public Safety staffing on the 4th of July. Director of Community Services Bagley spoke about the live bands, family activities, kids fun zone, festive kids parade, middle school party, and food vendors that will be at the RP Jubilee event. 5. PUBLIC COMMENTS Steve Keith spoke about Item 6.A. Gehrig Hotaling requested a stop sign or stop light at the crosswalk on Golf Course and perpendicular to Hailey Court across from Honeybee pool. Peter Alexander spoke about political media dividing people and gardens. Crystal Nezgoda spoke about the Robert's Lake dog park. [Anonymous Speaker] spoke about the Park and Ride Encampment. [Anonymous Speaker] shared that her son's four BMX racing bikes were stolen from their garage. 6. Director of Public Works Garrett and Capital Improvement Plan Project Manager Zwillinger presented this item.
