1989/04/11 Community Development Agency Minutes (3) COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF ROHNERT PARK MINUTES April 11, 1989 The Members of the Community Development Agency of the City of Rohnert Park met this date immediately after the City Council meeting at approximately 8:50 p.m. in the City Offices, 6750 Commerce Boulevard, Rohnert Park, with Chairman Cochran presiding. Call to Order Chairman Cochran called the meeting of the Community Development Agency of the City of Rohnert Park to order at approximately 8.50 p.m. Roll Call Present: (5) Agency Members Eck, Hollingsworth, Hopkins Spiro and Chairman Cochran. Absent: (0) None. Staff present for all of part of the meeting: City Manager Pro— Tempore Brust, City Attorney Flitner, and Administrative Services Director Netter. Approval of Minutes Upon motion by Agency Member Hopkins, seconded by Agency Member Hollingsworth, and unanimously approved, the minutes of March 28, 1989 were approved as submitted. In regard to Closed Session minutes of March 28, 1989, Agency Member Spiro stated she would like to make a correction to which she was directed to give correction to recording secretary at close of this meeting. Approval of Bills Upon motion of Agency Member Hollingsworth, seconded by Agency Member Hopkins, and unanimously approved, the bills presented per attached list in the amount of $410,310.99 were approved. Acknowledging The Executive Director/Secretary's report on the posting of the Executive Director/ agenda was acknowledged. Secretary' s Report Unscheduled Public Chairman Cochran stated that in compliance with State Law, (The Appearances Brown Act), anyone in the audience who wished to make a comment may do so at this time. No one responded. Administrative Services Director Netter explained Resolutions 89-02 , 19-01 and 89-04. Discussion followed. Resolution No. A RESOLUTION APPROVING A "SERVICE AGREEMENT" BY AND BETT.TEEN THE 39-02 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF ROT-NERT PARK AND THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FINANCIAL CORPORATION ("CD FINANCIAL") Upon motion by Agency Member Hopkins, seconded by Agency Member Hollingsworth, and unanimously approved, reading of Resolution No. 89-11 was waived, and said resolution was adnnted.
