December 13, 1988
The Members of the Community Development Agency of
the City of Rohnert Park met this date immediately after the City
Council meeting at approximately 9:50 p.m. in the City Offices,
6750 Commerce Boulevard, Rohnert Park, with Chairman Cochran
presiding.
Call To Order Chairman Cochran called the meeting of the Community Development
Agency of the City of Rohnert Park to order at approximately 9:50
p.m.
Roll Call Present; (5) Agency Members Eck, gollingsworth, Hopkins,
Spiro, and Chairman Cochran.
Staff present for all or part of the meeting: Executive Director
Callinan, and Attorney Flitner.
Approval of Minutes Upon motion of Agency Member Hollingsworth, seconded by Agency
Member Hopkins, and unanimously approved, the minutes of November 8,
1988 were approved as submitted.
Approval of Bills Upon motion of Agency Member Hollingsworth, seconded by Agency
member Hopkins, and unanimously approved, the bills presented net
attached list in the amount of $1 ,636,571 .74 were approved.
Acknowledging The Executive Director/Secretary's report on the posting of the
Executive Director/ agenda was acknowledged.
Secretary' s Report
Unscheduled Public Chairman Cochran stated that in compliance with State law, ruyoiic

Resolution A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF DEED FROM COFEGO ENTERPRISES
88-14 AND AUTHORIZING DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS (Re: 100 Enterprise Drive)
Executive Director Callinan explained the resolution.
Upon motion of Agency Member Hollingsworth, seconded by Agency
Hopkins, and unanimously approved, Resolution 88-14 was
adopted.
Miscellaneous Executive Director Callinan reported that Agency Members will soon
Staff Reports he provided with a report on the assessment valuation error made
by the County and its impact on the Agency' s recent bond issue.
Matters from Agency Member Eck queried why some Community Development Agencies
Agency Members have directors other than City Council members. Discussion followed.
