May 10, 1988
The Members of the Agency of the Community Development Agency
of the City of Rohnert Park met this date immediately after a
City Council meeting at approximately 9:05 p.m. in the City
Offices, 6750 Commerce Boulevard, Rohnert Park, with Vice-
Chairman Lepinski presiding.
Call to order Vice-Chairman Lepinski called the meeting of the Community
Development Agency of the City of Rohnert Park to order at
approximately 9:05 p.m.
Roll call Present: (4) Agency Members Cochran, Eck, Hollingsworth,
and Vice-Chairman Lepinski
Absent: (1) Chairman Hopkins
Staff present: Executive Director Callinan, City Attorney
Flitner, and Assistant to the Executive Director Netter
Approval of Minutes Upon motion of Agency Member Hollingsworth, seconded by
Agency Member Cochran, and unanimously approved, both the
minutes of April 26, 1988 Special Meeting and Regular Meeting
were approved as submitted.
Approval of Bills Upon motion of Agency Member Cochran, seconded by Agency
Member Hollingsworth, and unanimously approved, the bills
presented per the attached list in the amount of $4 ,091.60
were approved.
Time for public comment Vice-Chairman Lepinski stated that in compliance with State
law (the Brown Act), anyone in the audience who wished to
make a comment may do so at this time. No one wished to do
so.
Report on Expected Executive Director Callinan reported that the Agency Members
Tax Revenue had been provided with copies of the April 29, 1988 letter/
Allocation report on projected tax revenue allocation from Financial
Consultant Mike Whipple and that the bond issue is scheduled
for public hearing on May 24 , 1988.
Additional projects Executive Director Callinan referred to list of "Additional
Suggested Priorities for Capital Projects Funding from
Community Development Agency' s First Bond Issue (Supplement
to list approved by agency on 4/12/88 r dated May 10, 1988.
Discussion followed, and Agency Members concurred to change
the title of the list to "Additional Suggested Projects.. ."
instead of "Additional Suggested Priorities..."

Agency Member Hollingsworth made the motion to add the
additional thirteen (13) items on the May 10, 1988 list on to
the ones contained in the April 12, 1988 list. Said motion
was seconded by Agency Member Cochran.
Agency Member Eck stated he would like to add on the list the
idea that the Agency can provide funding for undergrounding
districts and stated that item #17 concerning repair of
streets has to be given a high priority.
Executive Director Callinan stated that the list is not in
priority order and the Agency can still do that.
Agency Member Hollingsworth' s motion was approved
unanimously.
Membership in Executive Director Callinan referred to a letter dated April

ment Agencies Executive Director Milton Farrell regarding membership to the
Association Association.
Upon motion of Agency Member Hollingsworth, seconded by
Agency Member Eck, membership in the Community Redevelopment
Agencies Association was unanimoulsy approved.
Agency Member Cochran asked if the membership fee will come
out of the Redevelopment Agency budget.
Agency Member Eck asked if the Redevelopment Agency will
generate something in its budget to fund travel expenses
connected to redevelopment and realted conferences.
Executive Director Callinan replied yes to Agency Member
Cochran' s question and, in response to Agency Member Eck,
advised that a formal budget will be established for the
Agency and an item therein will be travel for Agency Members.
Adjournment There being no further business, Vice-Chairman Lepinski
adjourned the meeting at approximately 9:14 p.m.
