The Members of the Agency of the Community Development Agency
of the City of Rohnert Park met this date during a recess of
the City Council meeting at approximately 11:20 p.m. in the
City Offices, 6750 Commerce Boulevard, Rohnert Park, with
Chairman Eck presiding.
Call to order Chairman Eck called the meeting of the Community Development
Agency of the City of Rohnert Park to order at approximately
11 :21 p.m.
Roll call Present: (4) Agency Members Hollingsworth, Hopkins,
Lepinski and Chairman Eck
Absent: (1) Agency Member Cochran
Staff present: Executive Director Callinan, City Attorney
Flitner, and Assistant to the City Manager Netter
Approval of Minutes Upon motion of Agency Member uollingsworth, seconded by
Agency Member Lepinski , and unanimously approved, the minutes
of May 26, 1987 were approved as submitted.
Acknowledging The Secretary's report on the posting of the meeting' s agenda
Secretary's report was acknowledged by Agency Member Hollingsworth.
Time for public Chairman Eck stated that in compliance with State Law (the
comment Brown Act), anyone in the audience who wished to make a
comment, may do so at this time. No one wished to do so.
Resolution No. 87-13 RESOLUTION OF THE CO`MJNITY DEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF
ROMNERT PARK APPROVING A CERTAIN FISCAL IMPACT AGREEMENT BY
AND BETWEEN THE. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF
ROLIPTERT PARK ANT) TIE CfTATI/ROHNERT PARK UNIFIED SCEnOL
DISTRICT PURSUANT TO HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE SECTION 33401
(RO'NERT PARK CONNUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT)
Executive Director Callinan explained the resolution.
Upon motion of Agency Member Uollingsworth, seconded by
Agency Member Lepinski, and unanimously approved, reading of
Resolution No. 87-13 was waived and said resolution was
adopted.
Adjournment There being no furt siness, Chairman Eck adjourned the
meeting at anprox :25 p. f
