March 26, 1991
The Members of the Community Development Agency of the
City of Rohnert Park met this date after the City Council
meeting at approximately 10:15 p.m. in the City Offices,
6750 Commerce Boulevard, Rohnert Park, with Chairman Eck
presiding.
.:all to Order Chairman Eck called the meeting of the Community
Development Agency of the City of Rohnert Park to
order at approximately 10:15 p.m.
Roll Call Present: (5) Agency Members Hollingsworth, Hopkins,
Reilly, Spiro and Chairman Eck
Absent: (0) None
Staff present for all of part of the meeting: Executive
Director/City Manager Netter, City Attorney Flitner, City
Engineer Brust, and Assistant to the City Manager Leivo.
kpproval of Minutes Upon motion by Agency Member Hollingsworth, seconded by
Agency Member Hopkins, and unanimously approved, the
minutes of February 26, 1991 were approved as submitted.
ippraval of Bills Upon motion by Agency Member Hollingsworth, seconded
by Agency Member Hopkins, and unanimously approved, the
bills presented per attached list in the amount of
$70,000.00 were approved.

of the agenda was acknowledged.

Resolution No. A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPME r AGENCY OF THE
91-07 CITY OF ROHNERT PARK APPROVING AMENDMENT NUMBER THREE TO
THE AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE CE 1'AIN ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES
FOR THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF
ROHNERT PARK FOR A HOUSING REHABILITATION PROGRAM
Assistant to the City Manager Leivo shared contents of
copies provided to Agency Members of staff report
regarding the Housing Rehabilitation Program and explained
the resolution for consideration regarding this matter.
Upon motion by Agency Member Hollingsworth, seconded by
Agency Member Spiro, and unanimously approved, reading of
Resolution No. 91-07 was waived and said resolution
was adopted.
Discussion followed during which Agency Uambers agreed it
should be noted for the record because these meetings are
so brief that Agency Members receive no compensation fees
for participation or involvement in the Community
Development Agency. City Attorney Flitner responded to
Agency Member inquiry regarding the necessity of two
unscheduled public appearances within such a snort meeting
that it was necessary to provide both opportunities at the
beginning and end of the meetings in case the public
desired to comment on meeting contents.
Unscheduled Public Chairman Eck asked if anyone in the audience wished to

Ad jourrur ent There being no further business, Chairman Eck adjourned
the meeting at approximately 10:17 p.m.
