The Members of the Community Development Agency of the City of
Rohnert Park met this date iimidiately after the City Council
meeting at approximately 9:34 p.m. in the City Offices, 6750
Commerce Boulevard, Rohnert Park, with Chairperson Pro Tempore
Reilly presiding.

Development Agency of the City of Rohnert Park to order at
approximately 10:25 p.m.
oll Call Present: (4) Agency Members Eck, Gallagher, Spiro and
Chairperson Pro Tempore Reilly
Absent: (1) Chairperson Hollingsworth
(out of town on business)
Staff present for all or part of the meeting : Executive
Director/City Manager Netter, City Attorney Flitner, Assistant to
the City Manager Leivo, Director of Public Works/City Engineer
Brust and Finance Director Harrow.
oproval Upon motion by Agency Member Gallagher, seconded by Chairman Pro
of Tempore Reilly, the minutes of August 10, 1993 were unanimously

Northbay Ecumenical Homes, Inc./Windsong Condominiums 1st Time Homebuyer Program
Assistant to the City Manager Leivo said copies were provided to
Agency Members of letter dated September 7, 1993 requesting
revisions to the contract with the City in order to proceed with
implementation of the NEH/Windsong Loan program. Clark Blasdell,
NEH Executive Director and Karen Nathanson, NEH Broker, explained
the proposed program amendments and responded to questions from
Agency Members. Executive Director Netter recommended extending
the contract for a three month (90-day) trial period.
Upon motion by Agency Mlenber Eck, seconded by Agency Member Spiro,
to extend the NEH contract to the end of the year for a
trial period with adjustments in terms as requested by NEH, was
unanimously approved.

Public Chairperson Pro Tenpore Reilly asked if anyone in the audience
Appearances wished to make an appearance at this time. No one responded.
Adjournment There being no further business, Chairperson Pro Tempore Reilly
adjourned the meeting at approximately 10:30 p.m.
