COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AGENCY/CITY OF ROHNERT PARK MLNUI'ES (2) Sept. 14, 1993 Northbay Ecumenical Homes, Inc./Windsong Condominiums 1st Time Homebuyer Program Assistant to the City Manager Leivo said copies were provided to Agency Members of letter dated September 7, 1993 requesting revisions to the contract with the City in order to proceed with implementation of the NEH/Windsong Loan program. Clark Blasdell, NEH Executive Director and Karen Nathanson, NEH Broker, explained the proposed program amendments and responded to questions from Agency Members. Executive Director Netter recommended extending the contract for a three month (90-day) trial period. Upon motion by Agency Mlenber Eck, seconded by Agency Member Spiro, to extend the NEH contract to the end of the year for a trial period with adjustments in terms as requested by NEH, was unanimously approved. Unscheduled Public Chairperson Pro Tenpore Reilly asked if anyone in the audience Appearances wished to make an appearance at this time. No one responded.
