1994/01/11 Community Development Agency Minutes COMA LAITY DEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF ROHNERT PARK MINUTES January 11, 1994 The Members of the Community Development Agency of the City of Rohnert Park met this date iiiiediately after the City Council meeting at approximately 10:25 p.m. in the City Offices, 6750 Commerce Blvd. , Rohnert Park, with Chairperson Reilly presiding. Call to Order-Chairperson Reilly called the meeting of the Community Development Agency of the City of Rohnert Park to order at approximately 10:25 p.m. Roll Call Present: (5) Agency Members Eck, Gallagher, Hollingsworth, Spiro and Chairperson Reilly Absent: (0) None Staff present for all or part of the meeting: Executive Director/City Manager Netter, Assistant City Manager Leivo, and Director of Public Works/City Engineer Brust. (City Attorney Flitner was not present due to being on vacation from January 9 to 19, 1994, as previously advised. ) Approval Upon motion by Agency Member Hollingsworth, seconded by Agency of Member Spiro, the minutes of November 23, 1994 were unanimously !Minutes approved as submitted. The Executive Director/Secretary's report on the posting of the Report agenda was acknowledged. scheduled Public Appearances Chairperson Reilly stated that in compliance with State Law, (The Brown Act) , anyone in the audience who wished to make a comment may do so at this time. No one responded. oreclosure/legal action regarding Community Development Agency loan - Executive Director Netter reviewed contents of staff report with various directive attachments pertaining to this item and responded to Agency questions. The initial deposit to Peelle Corporations to begin the foreclosure proceedings is $628.00 with total estimated fees to be $1,434.00 for the foreclosure process. A motion was made by Agency Member Hollingsworth, seconded by Agency Member Spiro, and unanimously approved, as recommended by staff, to proceed with the foreclosure process on the Housing Rehabilitation Program Loan with the assistance of Peelle Finan- cial Corporation and report back to the Agency on the proceedings. COMMUNITY DEVEWPMENT AGENCY/CITY OF ROHNERT PARK MINUTES (2) January 11, 1994 Annual Report of Housing Activity of Community Redevelopment Agencies for Fiscal Year Ended June 30, 1993 - Executive Director Netter confiiiiud that copies of this report were provided to Agency Members. upon motion by Agency Member Hollingsworth, seconded by Agency Member Spiro, and unanimously approved, the above-referenced Annual Report was accepted. Agencies election to receive tax allocation pursuant to H & S Sec. 33676 - Executive Director Netter said copies were provided to Agency Members of letter dated December 29 , 1993 from Sonoma County Office of Education regarding the referenced matter for informational purposes. He advised that it would only impact new redevelopment agencies or amended plans, therefore, there would be no loss of tax increments. Unscheduled Public Appearances Chairperson Reilly asked if anyone in the audience wished to make an appearance at this time. No one responded.
