THE CITY OF ROHNERT PARK MINUTES
February 22, 1994
The Members of the Community Development Agency of the City of
Rohnert Park met this date immediately after the City Council
meeting at approximately 10:00 p.m. in the City Offices, 6750
Commerce Boulevard, Rohnert Park, with Chairman Reilly presiding.
Call to Order-Chairperson Reilly called the meeting of the City of Rohnert Park
Community Development Agency to order at approximately 10:00 p.m.
Roll Call Present: (5) Agency Members Eck, Gallagher, Hollingsworth, Spiro
and Chairperson Reilly
Absent: (0) None
Staff present for all or part of the meeting:
Executive Director/City Manager Netter, City Attorney Flitner,
Assistant City Manager Leivo and Director of Public Works/City
Engineer Brust
Approval Upon motion by Agency Member Hollingsworth, seconded by Agency
of Member Gallagher, and unanimously approved, the minutes of
Minutes February 8, 1994 were approved as submitted.
Approval Upon motion by Agency Member Hollingsworth, seconded by
of Agency Member Spiro, the bills presented per attached list in the
Bills amount of $29,002.08 were unanimously approved.
Acknowledging The Executive Director/Secretary's report on the posting
Exe.Dir./Sec.Report of the agenda was acknowledged.
Unscheduled Public Chairperson Reilly stated that in compliance with State
Appearances Law, (The Brown Act) , anyone in the audience who wished to
make a comment may do so at this time. No one responded.
Northbay Ecumenical Homes - Executive Director Netter referenced letter dated
February 4, 1994 from Northbay Ecumenical Homes which provides a
report on the implementation of the Silent Second Program.
Tower Apartments/Burbank Housing authorization to proceed with clearing title -
Executive Director Netter signified that this item was reviewed
extensively during the City Council meeting immediately preceding
this Agency meeting.
Upon motion by Agency Member Hollingsworth, seconded by Agency
Member Spiro, to proceed and to authorize the appropriation and
expenditure of funds from the CDA Housing set aside funds to clear
title and institute possible condemnation procedures for
Burbank Housing Tower Apartments financing purposes , was
unanimously approved.
Adjournment There being no further business, Chairperson Reilly adjourned
the meeting at approximately 10:02 p.m.
