January 10, 1995
The Members of the Community Development Agency of the City of Rohnert
Park met this date immediately after the City Council meeting at approximately
10:10 p.m. in the City Offices, 6750 Commerce Boulevard, Rohnert Park.
with Chairman Eck presiding.
Call to Order-Chairman Eck called the meeting of the Community Development Agency of the
City of Rohnert Park to order at approximately 10:10 p.m.
Roll Call Present: (5) Agency Members Flores. Gallagher, Spiro, Reilly.
and Chairman Eck
Absent: (0) None
Staff present for all or part of the meeting: Executive Director/City Manager
Netter, Director of Public Works/City Engineer Brust, and Assistant to the
City Manager Leivo.
Approval of Minutes:
Upon motion by Agency Member Reilly, seconded by Agency Member Spiro.
the minutes of December 13, 1994 were unanimously approved as submitted.
Approval of Bills:
Upon motion by Agency Member Reilly. seconded by Agency Member
Spiro. the bills presented per attached list in the amount of $41,485.15 were
unanimously approved.
Acknowledging the Exec. Dir./Sec. Report:
The Executive Director/Secretary's report on the posting of the agenda was
acknowledged.
Unscheduled Public Appearances:
Chairman Eck stated that in compliance with State Law. (The Brown Act),
anyone in the audience who wished to make a comment may do so at this time.
No one responded.
First Time Home Buyer Program:
Executive Director Netter updated the Agency on this item and the need for an
amendment to increase the downpayment assistance to households. Repre-
sentative Shelley Decker of First Security Loan Corporation further reviewed
reasons for this request and responded to Agency questions.
Upon motion by Agency Member Reilly, seconded by Agency Member Spiro,
with abstention by Agency Member Gallagher to be consistent with her
previous vote, the First Time Homebuyer Program amendment to the Scope of
Work increasing the maximum downpayment assistance to households from
$12,000 to $16,000, was approved.
• djournment: There being no further business, Chairman Eck adjourned the meeting at
approximately 10: 15 p.m.
