SCHEDULED PUBLIC APPEARANCES: 1) Louie Leroux, 8044 Mitchell Dr., request to make the east side of Mitchell Drive resident parking only for homeowners on Mitchell Drive (due to overflow parking of Windsong and Emerald Point complexes) 2) George Williams, VFW #3237 to present $500 contribution to Library Fund For items to be listed on the agenda, written requests must be submitted to the City Manager's Office prior to finalization of meeting agendas, i.e. by noon on the Tuesdays preceding City Council meetings regularly scheduled on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month 7:45 p.m. 8.
