July 23, 1996
The Members of the Community Development Commission of the City of Rohnert Park
met this date immediately after the City Council meeting at approximately 10:25 p.m. in
the City Offices, 6750 Commerce Boulevard, Rohnert Park, with Chairman Flores
presiding.
CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Flores called the Community Development Commission to order at
approximately 10:25 p.m.
ROLL CALL Present: (4) Commission Members Eck, Reilly, Spiro and Chairman Flores
Absent: (1) Commission Member Gallagher
Staff present for ail or part of the meeting: Executive Director/City Manager Netter,
City Attorney Flitner and Assistant City Manager Leivo.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Upon motion by Commission Member Eck, seconded by Commission
Member Spiro, with Commission Member Gallagher absent, minutes of July 9, 1996
were unanimously approved as submitted.
APPROVAL OF RILLS: Upon motion by Commission Member Eck, seconded by Commission
Member Reilly, with Commission Member Gallagher absent, the bills presented per the
attached list in the amount of $69,066.62 were unanimously approved.
ACKNOWLEDGING EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR/SECRETARY'S REPORT:
The Executive Director/Secretary's report on posting of the agenda was acknowledged.
UNSCHEDULED PUBLIC APPEARANCES:
Chairman Flores stated that in compliance with State Law (The Brown Act), citizens
wishing to make a comment may do so at this time. No one responded.
MATTERS FROM COMMISSION MEMBERS: Commission Member Eck referenced previous staff
comments regarding the possibility of considering CDC funds for economic development.
Discussion concluded in Council agreement to place this item on the next meeting agenda.
ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business, Chairman Flores adjourned the meeting at
approximately 10:35 p.m.
