The Members of the Community Development Commission of the City of Rohnert Park met this date
immediately after the City Council meeting at approximately 8 38 p.m. in the City Offices, 6750
Commerce Boulevard, Rohnert Park, with Chairperson Pro Tempore Vicki Vidak-Martinez presiding.
1. CALL TO ORDER: Chairperson Pro Tempore Vicki Vidak-Martinez called the Community
Development Commission to order at approximately 8 38 p.m.
ROLL CALL Present: (3) Commission Members Flores, Reilly and
Chairperson Pro Tempore Vidak-Martinez
Absent: (2) Commission Member Mackenzie(on vacation out of the country)
Chairperson Spiro (due to illness)
Staff present for all or part of the meeting:
Executive Director/City Manager Netter and City Attorney Flitner.
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Upon motion by Commission Member Flores, seconded by
Commission Member Reilly, minutes of July 28, 1998 were unanimously approved
as submitted.
3. APPROVAL OF BILLS: Upon motion by Commission Member Reilly, seconded by
Commission Member Flores, the bills presented per the attached list in the amount of
$3,274.00 were unanimously approved
4. ACCEPTANCE OF CASH/INVESTMENTS REPORT FOR MONTH END, June 30, 1998
Commission concurred acceptance of the Cash/lnvestments Report for Month End,
June 30, 1998, as submitted.
5. ACK. EXE. DIR/SEC. REPORT: This report on posting of the agenda was acknowledged.
6. UNSCHEDULED PUBLIC APPEARANCES: Chairperson Pro Tempore Vidak-Martinez stated
that in compliance with State Law (The Brown Act), citizens wishing to make a comment
may do so at this time. No one responded.
7. 1998-99 CDC Budget with 1997-98 Comparisons
1) Staff report - Deferred to enable review by the full Commission.
2) PUBLIC WEARING: Chairperson Pro Tempore Vidak-Martinez continued the public
hearing from the July 28, 1998 CDC meeting at approximately 8:39 p.m.. There being no
one desiring to speak at this time, the Chairperson Pro Tempore continued the public
hearing to the next CDC meeting.
ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business, Chairperson Pro Tempore Vicki Vidak-Martinez
adjourned the meeting at approximately 8:40 p.m.
