January 26, 1999
The Members of the Community Development Commission of the City of Rohnert Park
met this date immediately after the City Council meeting at approximately 10:05 p.m. in the
City Offices. 6750 Commerce Boulevard, Rohnert Park. with Chairperson Pro Tempore
Vicki Vidak-Martinez presiding.
1. CALL TO ORDER: Chairperson Pro Tempore Vidak-Martinez called the Community Development
Commission to order at approximately 10:05 p m.
ROLL CALL Present: (4) Commission Members Flores, Mackenzie, Spiro. and
Chairperson Pro Tempore Vidak-Martinez
Absent: ( I) Chairperson Reilly (out of town on business)
Staff present for all or part of the meeting: Executive Director/City Manager Netter,
City Attorney Flitner and Assistant City Manager Leivo.
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Approval of the January 12, 1999 minutes was deferred to the next CDC meeting.
3. APPROVAL OF BILLS:
Upon motion by Commission Member Mackenzie. seconded by Commission Member
Flores, the bills presented per the attached list in the amount of $176,231.31 were
unanimously approved.
4. ACCEPTANCE OF CASH/INVESTMENTS REPORT:
Executive Director Netter advised the need to remove the November 30, 1999 Cash Report
listed on this agenda_ as it was accepted at the previous CDC meeting.
5. ACKNOWLEDGING EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR/SECRETARY'S REPORT:
The Executive Director/Secretary's report on posting of the agenda was acknowledged.
6. UNSCHEDULED PUBLIC APPEARANCES:
Chairperson Pro Tempore Vidak-Martinez stated that in compliance with State Law (The
Brown Act), citizens wishing to make a comment may do so at this time. No one responded-
7. MISCELLANEOUS STAFF REPORTS: None.
8. MATTERS FROM COMMISSION MEMBERS: None.
9. ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business, Chairperson Pro Tempore Vidak-Martinez adjourned the
meeting at approximately 10 5 7 p.m.
