With the money the Council was assisting them with, they would be able to pay their drivers twenty-one cents a mile to deliver meals . Since these people volunteer their time and use their own cars , the Council on Aging feels it appropriate to reimburse them for the gas they use. Senior Center Mrs . This position has helped the site increase their productivity. HR 2470 Chairman Chase read an article which reported on the Catastrophic Care bill HR 2470 . This bill provides for $33 billion dollars over the next 5 years .
