Roll Call
Present: Deza, Hawker, Sampson
Absent: Ackerman, Snyder
Also present: Aimee Breeze, Mayor
Tory Hotaling, Parks & Recreation Commissioner
Guy Miller, Recreation Services Manager
Bernie Altman, Office Assistant
• Secretary Sampson acted as Chair in the absence of Chair Ackerman.
The Commission was notified that Commissioner Snyder has resigned her
position.
Election of Officers
This item was tabled until the next meeting due to the absence of Commissioners.
Formation of Ad-hoc Codding Center Support Committee
Pat Anderson was recognized and gave a summary of the need for a support
committee to assist with events and programs. Motioned by Commissioner Deza
to form an ad-hoc Codding Center Support Committee. Seconded by Hawker.
Passes 3-0
City Council Liaison Report
Mayor Breeze updated the Commission on the status of the City Budget,
landscaping and the vacancy of the City Manager position.

Parks & Recreation Liaison Report
Commissioner Hotaling reported on the community meetings recently held on the
future of Ladybug and Alicia Pool sites and new playgrounds at Benicia, Colegio
Vista and Honeybee Parks.
Recreation Supervisors Report
Tabled in the interest of time.
