**Board Member Reports**
Fun After 50: New officers are: President — Ann Tosches; Vice-President —
Pearl Williams; Parliamentarian — Pat Eckert. Three Mondays in December
with 312 total attendance. No meetings on Christmas and New Year's eves.
Dining Site: 421 meals served up in the dining room. In the 60's for home
delivered meals.
Gift Shoppe: $83.00 to the Senior Center from $831.50 in sales. First six
months of FY is $5,195, compared to $6519 for last year.
Senior Advisory: No meeting in December. Next meeting is January 17.
Recreation Specialist: See attached for statistics. We have a new driver for
Monday mornings, Amy Schoen. The fee for the sunshine bus has increased
to $2.00 in town, $4.00 to Santa Rosa. Volunteer Tea is this month. We
received a CD player for Christmas. Clothing Sale will be held on February
8. There will be a Senior Celebration in Santa Rosa on March 11 at the
Vet's Building. The Sonoma County Senior Centers will have a booth, plus
do a presentation.
Recreation Coordinator: Baking committee in November received no cash,
but $42.22 in supplies. In December they received $31 cash, $53.58 in

supplies and had $31 .00 in expenses. Variety Show was sold out and made
a profit of$4,781.70, plus won an Achievement Award from the California
Park & Recreation Society. Vicki led 17 seniors on a 10 day cruise to
Mexico. They had tons of fun. Super Bowl Party is Sunday, Feb. 3.
Raffling off an autographed Jerry Rice jersey, plus over $1400 in other
prizes. Lots of food donated by local grocery stores for the all —you-can-eat
buffet. The Black & White Ball so far has received $800.00 cash
sponsorships from WalMart, Exchange Bank and Bay View Bank, plus $520
in individual donations. Vicki has also received 35 boxes of white lights and
many, many donations for the silent auction. The Senior Center received an
offer from Jim Wheeler to put on a 2 hour show for the Scottish Rite — this
will earn the Senior Center $1,500.00. The show is scheduled for July.
Vicki thanked Betty T. for her assistance with sending out letters for the B &
W ball, and she thanked Wendy for her assistance in typinglediting
information for the CPRS Achievement Award.

**Old Business**
Computer Lab will open as soon as the office is cleared and the donated
equipment set up.
The Drop-In weekend hours have been shortened to 12-3 (from 12-4)
