City Manager Callinan reported on a water line that is being planned that would extend from Sonoma County aqueduct adjacent to the railroad and extend eastward under the freeway in Wilfred Creek so as to provide service to the northern part of the city, particularly Neighborhood F and Neighborhood G, noting that in F section iron bacteria is being experienced in the water and in G section occasionally pressure problems occur because of the higher elevation of the eastern G section area. He indicated that City Engineer Brust has been instructed to proceed on the project as an emergency to get it designed as soon as he can so it can be built as soon as possible.
