OF THE CITY OF ROHNERT PARK CITY COUNCIL

1. CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING - CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Mayor Giudice called the special meeting to order at 4:00 p.m., which was legally noticed on
August 21, 2025.
Council Present: Gerard Giudice, Mayor
Emily Sanborn, Vice Mayor
Susan H. Adams, Councilmember
Jackie Elward, Councilmember
Samantha Rodriguez, Councilmember
Staff present: City Manager Piedra, City Attorney Kenyon, Deputy City Attorney Allan
Cohen, Management Analyst II Bowzer, and City Clerk Sylvia Lopez Cuevas.
2. CLOSED SESSION
A. Public Comments: None.
B. Mayor Giudice made the closed session announcement pursuant to Government Code
§54957.7 and Council recessed to Closed Session at 4:01 p.m. in CONFERENCE
ROOM 2A to Consider Conference with Legal Counsel -Anticipated Litigation
(Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(4): One Case
City Clerk Lopez Cuevas departed the meeting at 4:02 p.m.
C. Mayor Giudice reconvened the open session in Council Chambers at 5:00 p.m. and
stated there was no reportable action.
3. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Giudice adjourned the special meeting at 5:1 I .
