1. CITY OF ROHNERT PARK FOUNDATION BOARD SPECIAL MEETING -
CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Chair Sanborn called the Special Meeting to order at 8:15 p.m., which was legally noticed on
April 9, 2026.
Directors Present: Emily Sanborn, Chair
Jackie Elward, Vice Chair
Susan H. Adams, Director

Samantha Rodriguez, Director
Staff present: Executive Director Piedra, Legal Counsel Kenyon, Treasurer Howze,
Director of Community Services Bagley, Interim Director of Public Safety Mattos,
Director of Public Works Hendersen, Interim Director of Human Resources Rankin,
Interim Director of Development Services Landeros, Lieutenant Smith, City
Engineer De Anda, General Services Operations Manager Bunte, Interim Building
Official Daubs, Senior Planner Pickett, Accounting Supervisor Piotrkowski,
Accounting Supervisor Newzell, Accountant Campos, Accountant Hellman,

3. CONSENT CALENDAR
A. Approval of City of Rohnert Park Foundation Special Meeting Minutes, March
10, 2026
ACTION: Moved/seconded (Giudice/Elward)to approve the consent
calendar.
Motion carried by the following unanimous 5-0-0-0 voice vote:
AYES: Adams, Giudice, Rodriguez, Elward, and Sanborn,NOES:
None, ABSENT: None, ABSTAINS: None.
4. REGULAR ITEMS
A. Budget Study Session to Review City of Rohnert Park Foundation Budget for
FY 2026-27. Executive Director Piedra presented the City of Rohnert Park Foundation's
accomplishments and goals. Treasure Howze presented the proposed Foundation budget.

Vice Chair Elward left the dais at 8:18 p.m. and returned at 8:20 p.m.
8. ADJOURNMENT
Chair Sanborn adjourned the Foundation Board Special Meeting at 8:34 p.m.
